A Pool Builder That Runs Like a General Contractor
Element Outdoor Construction was founded to bring something often missing from pool building: real construction management. We plan carefully, keep owners informed, and deliver a high-value pool on schedule and on budget.
We specialize in custom gunite pools and spas, and we understand the outdoor work around them, including hardscape, masonry, outdoor kitchens and fire features. That lets us coordinate cleanly with landscape architects and the other trades on site.
Who We Work With
Homeowners building a new pool or renovating an existing one
Architects and landscape architects who need a builder involved early
General contractors who want a pool sub that manages its own scope
How We Work
We take on a limited number of projects at a time, so each job gets the attention it needs in the field and in the office. Our subcontractors are long-term partners who share our standards.
